Pelican Car Wash & Detailing Facility

Stay clear of this carwash!!!! They left me with $1600 of damage to my new car and refuse to pay for the damage they caused. The guy who pre-washed my vehicle was so rough with his brush I could actually hear it banging on my car while I was in the front seat waiting to go into the automatic wash. When the car came out of the wash it had 8 dents on the rear bumper! When I told them about it the man who checked me in, he said there was no way the brush would dent my car. I asked him to review the cameras. The man picked up the brush and hit the back of my car as I frantically told him not to hit it. He left another dent and then denied doing it. He said he didn't speak very good English and told me to take it up with his manager Brian. Brian promised me he would review the camera footage and get back with me, but never did. Such poor management and careless workers. They don't even deserve one star!
