I used a Groupon for a full detail and paid extra to have my seats shampooed. At first everything seemed fine but the seats were still wet and didn't dry well. The next day they looked worse. The detailer said his generator gave out so he couldn't fully clean the seats. He offered to come back but I wanted someone more experienced. He refunded me for the seats but I noticed my center console, glove box and trunk weren't cleaned - he didn't address the pictures I sent. I tried getting a refund through Groupon with no luck. The only good thing was most of the dog hair was vacuumed up and the wheels were shiny. In the end it felt like an expensive car wash and now I'm paying more to fix the seats somewhere else. Pictured was AFTER the detailing was complete and seats were dry.
