Bought the gold package and the car wash was fine but the attention to detail was nonexistent. The cup holders were not touched and left dirty and unclean. As for the vacuum portion they didn't even vacuum the truck area. Overall I'm disappointed with the rushed process and lack of service and attention to detail especially when you purchase the package that is supposed to cover everything.
