Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of bringing a client's car here for a cleaning. I wish that I was just told that car would be too dirty for them to clean. Instead they tried to double charge me for a detail. Honestly, I just wanted my money back so that I could take the car to a place where it could be taken care of. Instead of a $200 charge to remove pet hair. The manager Liz Explain that she could not give my money back under any circumstances And she was very polite about it.
