I don't usually leave bad reviews, no matter how bad a place is, but in this case, I feel the need to warn others. This car wash does not take responsibility for any damage they may cause to your vehicle. On May 31, 2025, I took my brand-new Telluride for a hand wash, thinking that hand washing would be safer and more careful than using an automatic machine. However, when they returned my car, the trim pieces below both windows were detached. I spoke to the person in charge, and she rudely told me that it wasn't their problem and blamed it on a "manufacturing defect." Please, do not take your car there. They may damage it and refuse to take responsibility, just like they did with mine.
