Great customer service and an incredible product! We got to the shop around 8:30pm. Got delayed due to the brush fires near the Florida Keys. Danny showed up about 5 minutes after we arrived and we got her (the boat) backed in his (Sean's) bay. They kept us well updated on the progress while we remained in town and attended the Palm Beach Boat Show. They finished ahead of schedule and the entire process was seamless. The boat looked fantastic! About the boat. It's a Hydra-Sports 2500VX with twin Suzuki 250's. We chose this product primarily because we wanted to extend our range when cruising to the Dry Tortugas and the Bahamas. Now for the good part! Where I was getting 1.7 to barely 2 mpg, I am now getting over 3 mpg doing 27-30kn at 3700-3800RPM! I also adjusted some minor trim settings for cruise but I was floored! I was hoping to be consistently low to mid '2s' but 3?! That's insane. Sea state, current and winds permitting, that's over 400nm of range. I'm completely onboard with this product and DNA Surface Concepts! I will be using their family of products to detail the gel coat as well. Strongly recommend!
