Ceramic Pro Sarasota

Ceramic Pro received my Audi A3 from BMW of Sarasota for repairs following a rear-end collision. Upon inspection after several weeks, the repairs were found to be incomplete. While the bumper and trunk were replaced, the alignment is severely misaligned. The internal repairs including the convertible roof, were not addressed. Additionally, we discovered cut wiring, non working backing parking sensors, and the absence of the original spoiler, all of which were present and working upon delivery. The paint job, though visually acceptable, has significant uneven texture and a bumpy finish. We have requested that Ceramic Pro complete the necessary repairs and replace the lost components, but they have declined to do so. Photos documenting the unsatisfactory repair attached.
