Goodwill Car Wash & Donation Center

I was really looking forward to getting my car cleaned. I drive for Lyft and I usually do it myself at least 2 times a week so having someone else do it would have been amazing. I went there today, paid $35 (to include a tip) for the Gold wash and got right in but over an hour later I got my van back and they had not even touched the dash, console or doors. I found a gentleman to show him what happened and he told me to park by tables and he would fix it. After a few moments another guy came over with a rag and immediately started reaching over me to get my dash and said "don't worry, just stay in your seat and I'll clean around you". That was when I realized it was not communicated to him all that had been neglected the first time. I needed to get to work so I just told him never mind. I didn't feel like explaining it yet again. What did they even do for an hour?
