V.I.P. Detailing & Car Care Services

Got their "headliner detail" that includes a full claybar/iron-x treatment and polish on the exterior, as well as a full interior detail including shampoo/extraction among other things. I added what was supposed to be a 12 month sealant for extra protection so it wasn't a budget detail by any means (charged me $370). I wasn't allowed to wait while it was detailed - my appointment was for 10:30am and the car wasn't ready for pickup until after 8:30pm which was inconvenient on its own. It was pitch black without any lights on by the time it was done so I couldn't inspect anything until the following morning but he had me pay and told me "to go over it with a fine-tooth comb the next day and contact him if anything is wrong" (he's doing this out of a house on Trimble Rd now so it's not a well lit business area). What was done on the interior was completely unsatisfactory and entire portions of paintwork still had dirt patches so go figure how it was clayed, washed, and polished... Some pictures of how the car was returned are attached to the review to show the level of detail that was given to cleaning different areas (couldn't get good photos of everything so they are just to give a general idea and is not a comprehensive list of what was wrong). I contacted him and asked him to come look at the car in person during the day so he could see it for himself while it was fresh (the house on Trimble is 5 minutes from me). He agreed to come look and then just stopped responding so I posted a negative review at some point after that. He reached back out after the review with an excuse and promised again that he "would make it right" so I took him at his word and took the original review down and told him he can come do a mobile detail if he really wants to make up for it. He just stopped responding again at that point. I'm done... Avoid this business.
