The carwash itself was great - Larry came to my apartment building on a Saturday morning, figured out where to park the car in a busy garage, and my car that was VERY disgusting is now sparkling! He is also kind, enthusiastic, and accommodating. However, it did take a while to finally get an appointment, as there was one time that he never showed up and two other times where we seemed to have a miscommunication.
