SuperShine Xpress Carwash & Lube Braselton

I decided to give Supershine a try and signed up for their $60/month package, which includes drying and vacuuming the interior. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes just to have my car dried. Another car that arrived after me was already dried and vacuumed before mine was even touched. The wait was so long that my car ended up air drying. On top of that, the inside of my car wasn't cleaned very well--a better job definitely could've been done. For $60 a month, I expected more. Right now, it just doesn't feel worth it. Update: After leaving this review, the owner personally called me to address the issue. He was incredibly welcoming, listened to my concerns, and genuinely apologized for the experience I had. It really meant a lot that he took the time to reach out--it showed that he truly cares about his customers. Because of that, I've decided to give Supershine another try. I appreciate the effort, and I'm hopeful for a better experience next time.
