Neu Speed Mobile Detailing

Initially the owner was polite and professional. I requested a full detail inside and out in addition to a carpet shampoo. I assume there was break down in communication because when I picked up my vehicle the interior was only lightly vacuumed with debris visible throughout. I also discovered scratches and tears on the leather seats and console. When I politely and calmly voiced my concerns, the owner became hostile and unprofessional, constantly speaking over me and exclaiming "I've been doing this for 15 years" and "It's always you people who blaming somebody. " I was not present while my vehicle was serviced so I cannot indefinitely hold the company responsible for damage. However, my car roughly "clean" (half vacuumed) and not detailed as requested. I was ultimately refunded $10 but the manner in which the owner handled my concern was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The situation could have been handled without the snide remarks and behavior.
