Dear Thomaston Street Foam Works Team in Macon GA I wanted to share a recent experience I had at your Macon, Georgia location. I had an issue with my account, as it kept saying that my card was declined, when in fact it was not. I was understandably frustrated. However, the young man who assisted me, Terrell, was an absolute gem. He was very patient and kind, despite my frustration. The next day, I returned and had the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea and Chris T. They immediately took me into the office, researched the issue thoroughly, and resolved it right away. Their professionalism and commitment to customer service were outstanding, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Thanks to Terrell, Chelsea, and Chris T., I decided to keep both my husband's and my monthly memberships. You just can't find customer service like this anymore, and these three individuals truly made a difference. Thank you again, Chelsea, Chris T., and Terrell, for being great humans and providing exceptional service. I wish more people demonstrated the same level of care and dedication.
