Booked the premium detail that included cloth seat wash for my SUV. I was satisfied 90% with Mike's services until I saw missed spots on the upholstery and streaky windshield on the inside. Sent him the pictures below. He offered to give me a discount on next service or redo the missed spots. I told him he works too hard for a discount, I didn't want it. Simply asked he retouches the spots. He was booked throughout the rest of the week, so he came on his day off. I was appreciative! When he redid them, the missed dirty spots came right off. He was offended I pointed those spots not being done properly the first time. He raised his voice at me to say it was due to pure neglect, etc. I'm not going to lie my car was bad, that's why I sought his detailing services... The lack of accountability, yelling at a customer when offended he didn't give it 100% the first time. Won't recommend to anyone to be yelled at by this man.
