Not so great. 1) he used my power by plugging into my outlet. 2) he used my water. 3) he missed several spots. 4) he left massive swirl marks. 5) i payed for a coat of wax and ceramic coat and i didnt get one of them, dont know which but i only got one or the other. 6) he didn't have a step stool so he stood on the tire and hung in to the roof rack to wash the roof which also was done poorly. So I payed for the water and the power then had to pay him to not get what I ordered on his site. I was really upset when I walked outside and saw he was plugged into my power outlet and water faucet.
