Klein did an amazing job detailing and ceramic coating my Q50. He quite literally "rekindled" the love for my car. One might even call him the King of Detailing. I had dog fur baked into my carpets and it was completely gone, all the streaks and stains all gone! My windshield and wipers had water spots that I thought would be permanently there and he even thought it might not come off but when he was finished I was amazed that it was spotless. Klein takes his work very seriously and does an excellent job, I could not be happier with his service. Klein is a great guy, very personable and easy to talk to even while he works. He's also VERY transparent about what he's doing and what he thinks is possible to get done. His honesty is very appreciated and goes a long way.
