I don't know how my experience with Gemstar was so different than everyone else's but it was. Dash, cup holders all missed amongst a variety of other spots. Trunk wasn't even opened. Spoke with them and said wanted someone else to come out and fix it, they also offered an exterior wash. Same guy came out to fix the interior. He had no ability to do an exterior wash. Had to call again that evening to see about the exterior wash. He ended up coming a few days later. Never even came to the door. Washed and left. Poor quality of work and not super professional.
