Finishing Touch Detail

Through text and calls we discussed a full exterior detail. I asked about the litle bit of oxidation on my rims and was told they had something to fix it. When my truck was returned my rims looked even worse. They did not buff the wax, the owner did state ar the time it would normally be included but he must have heard me wrong. I rubbed my rims for maybe a 2 minutes and had them cleaner than this place could do. The "knowledgeable " owner said the rims were pitted until i rub a clean spot then it was his guy messed up. He never offered to fix or a discount, he did offer to charge another 400 to fix his bad job and the scracthes. They are now crawfishing on what was said so I am taking this to small claims. I paid the man in full even with tip cause I was raised to stand behind my word, shame this business isn't ran by someone raised the same way. I can only assume from his other reviews he takes advantage of traveler's. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Edited to show pictures. Clean rims are after $7.97 at Walmart, 10 minutes of wiping, and a little pride in the work and all the supposed pitting and the compound he left on them is gone. Edited to respond to owner comments I am not sure what there is to investigate. The owner stood and watched me wipe the rims off and stated he did not check behind his employee. I have no problem paying good money to get something done because I am busy and get very little time off. I have always supported local small business in whatever town I am working. An offer to at least assist me in fixing my rims would have went a long way. Now legal fees alone will cost both parties more than doing a good job would have.
