Chicago Sports Mobile Detailing

I'm editing my review but the old is below so it's known I'm not just complaining.....Congratulations!! You managed to take me from highly satisfied, repeat customer to highly disappointed and never returning again customer! I have had TWO cars serviced in the last few years. Today, after booking my appointment a week ago, I get a call that I'm out of the area. When I explain to the young man that this company has been to my home in Indiana TWICE, he changed up and said that what I wanted wasn't worth the gas, blah blah blah to come to my location and asked if I could upgrade the service. This would have cost about another $86.00. Just like someone else's review, if it's not $250 seems like that service is not enough money. Why allow the $150 service to be booked at all? Why allow a booking for an area you don't WANT to service? When y'all were just starting out I MET you in Indiana, now it's too far Seems y'all became popular and forgot about the ones who spent money with you before you blew up ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am so grateful and impressed!!!! Lathia and Jermaine (I believe) made my car look brand new again! I HIGHLY recommend their services and will be telling any and everyone I know!!! They are reputable and professional. I received a couple email confirmations ahead of time. I have been wanting my car detailed for some time now and God allowed me to be in the right place at the right time to come in contact with them.
