This was a waste of money--so disappointing. I got the ultimate wash and paid extra for floor mats and asked for scuffs to be wipes off dash/seats/console, because we are going on a road trip, and wanted car to look extra nice. The first person said "no problem, we can do that!l When I went to get the car, the scuffs car Looked EXACTLY the same. Then had to have an awkward exchange with the "last person" who worked on the car and they kind of touched it up. Had to go home and do it myself anyway. Which BTW, i was able to get all those scuffs off with clean towels and windex. Should have gone to Fullers in Geneva, lesson learned. This was a terrible experience, save your money!
