Perfection Auto & Detailing & Wheels

When I saw the ad for the car I bought it, there was a part where the description said, "You can hit the road with confidence knowing that this Fiat 500 has been well maintained and is ready for your next adventure." So based on that, I contacted James and Steve a lot and asked for more pictures, videos, and some scans. Since I bought this car online, I asked them a lot of questions and they always said the car was perfect, even though they knew I was hundreds of miles away from them. The whole time they said the car was perfect and in addition, James said his mechanic would be happy to get it. So I paid for the car using my credit card and bank wire transfer and I arranged for transportation to my house. When I got this car here, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly and that is easy to notice. So, I contacted James and asked him about the transmission and told him that the transmission was not shifting properly. After that, I tried many times to contact them, by phone, text, and email, and have not heard back from them yet. IN SHORT, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
