Rainstorm Car Wash & Oil Change

Do not wash here if you like your car! Stopped going here after JetBrite moved in down the street. But since JetBrite raised their prices and there were a hundred cars in line, I thought I'd give RainStorm a try since there wasn't a line up. Now...I know why there was no line up! Went through a $12 wash. Car was 75% clean. I went to go through again. I was told 1) This can happen cause of the machines, they sometimes miss sections of the car, and 2) We don't usually let cars through again. First, what car wash nowadays doesn't guarantee a clean wash and let a car go through again if the first wash was poorly done? Second, even after the second go, the entire back of the car didn't clean. Third, I've been through so many different car washes and the back isn't usually left like this. The car wash rushed you through and is not thorough. If you like your car, do not wash it here. Side note, the kids running the place were friendly and understanding.
