"I reached out to D'Andrea Auto Detailing back in October, 2024 when I ordered my new car, then met with Mike in their shop to see the business for myself. I was very impressed with Mike and enjoyed our discussion of the services he and his team provide. When I finally picked up my new car in March, 2025, Mike said he would honor the pricing from October, and they did a spectacular job with the ceramic coating and window tinting. Mike was also very responsive to emails with my questions on the services, timing, etc. I would strongly recommend Mike and his team at D'Andrea Auto Detailing vs. similar dealer provided services."

"Outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. This was an incredibly easy experience. Enrico arrived at my house on time and had all the equipment needed to make my car look better than brand new. I requested a shampoo service for the tailgate, I could not believe how clean everything looked on completion. The rims were rid of all brake dust, the vents were dust free, I didn't even want to put my feet down when driving because of how clean the floor mats were. Will definitely hire again in the future."

"Luna VIP has great communication and consideration for their customers. We had a few weather delays and they communicated concerns days before and never rescheduled last minute. They arrived 30 minutes early the day of service and were patient to wait until i arrived for our noon appointment. Not too often are companies ahead of schedule and make that good first impression. Service was done in the allotted time. They made sure price was agreed upon prior to service so there wouldn't be any surprise totals at end. The car wasn't too bad and needed some pet hair removal. They did a great job and the car looks new again. I wish i could have them come weekly for general maintenance and touch ups to keep the vehicle always this nice. Places i didn't think they would pay attention to, they did. In every vent, button and compartment. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish."

"Normally come to Delta Sonic for my routine oil change and the service I received today was simply outstanding. Brandon recommended I get some additional things done to help keep my car running smooth and explained in an easy and clear way (for this lady who knows nothing about cars) why such service was necessary. There was absolutely no pressure. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and concerns and was patient and kind. The oil change got me a free car wash too which I have 10 days to redeem (it was raining so not an ideal time) and after I get the car washed, he said I can get it washed again within 5 days of that first wash...so essentially, I'm getting two car washes out of this service. Also just wanted to note that the little vinyl sticker they put on my windshield to remind me when I need to come back is simply genius."

"Brought my wife's 13 year old black Infiniti for an exterior detail. They spent 4.5 hours washing, polishing, ceramic coat, tire shine, etc. It looks so much better as the scratches and swirl marks on the car are much less noticeable and the paint has a nice shine and reflection to it. They take pride in their work and they're very honest and upfront."

"AJ and the guys over at Detail City went above and beyond my expectations with paint correction and ceramic coating. After speaking with them multiple times he came up with two viable options of what would be best for my vehicle. AJ reviewed both options with me and understood what my intentions were for the vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up it looked even better than I expected. After that he followed up with what he could offer as far as just washing the vehicle when I was unable too. And if I was able to wash it at home he gave me insight on what products he recommended and what products I was using that he wouldn't recommend. A week after he followed up again to make sure I was still happy with the original service. If your thinking about going anywhere else don't Detail City listened to my intentions on the vehicle, gave me two options, and proceeded to still beat my expectations."

"Super detailed and flexible. In my experience, Depending on what you're looking for and the condition of you vehicle, they clan best fit you into a plan and services. While they are looking to have a more fitting location, they were able to provide great service and detailed work. My wife and I needed our Jeep Wrangler to have a full spa day. These gentlemen were on it and were able to finish in record time. No spot was missed. The Jeep looks brand new. The fact that it was local and convenient was a plus. Great communication throughout the whole service time, providing updates and even delivered the car to home. Would definitely recommend. "I bought my car brand-new with 10 miles on it. I purchased the ceramic coating package from the dealership and it came back with swirl marks over the entire car! I took it to Precision Polish Auto Detail and it looks brand-new again! They did paint correction and ceramic coating for me. I just picked up my car yesterday after work. On my way to work this morning from Bartlett to Batavia, it rained. 30 minutes after it stopped raining I went outside to see how the car looked in the sunlight and it was still beautiful without a spot on it! I already received my warranty information via email this morning. PSA - DO NOT HAVE A DEALERSHIP CERAMIC COAT YOUR CAR! HAVE IT DONE AT PRECISION POLISH AUTO DETAIL! I highly recommend this company to anyone that cares about their vehicle and maintaining the exterior and paint. If I had come here to begin with, I would have saved a lot of hassle AND money. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! (Yes, the dealership did refund the money I paid for them to send out my car to have the ceramic coat applied)."

The detailing and opti coat took him longer than expected (paint correction on a brand new car was not expected, so that took some extra time), but this is not something you want someone to rush through just to get done on time. "Richard is extremely meticulous and detailed oriented (in the best way). He did an amazing job with a paint correction and ceramic coating on our car. Before doing the ceramic coating he clearly explained the advantages and drawbacks of a ceramic coating. After some back and forth he suggested a Dr. Beasleys coating, which added a nice gloss to the paint. He was on time and worked really hard all day, he provided updates during the whole process. After the correction, he even spent 2 hours with me the following week to show me how to take care of the coating and how do a proper rinse-less wash! Absolutely wonderful to work with, also he seems like a great person."
