Berman Nissan Car Wash

I purchased my Nissan Murano from a used car dealership. I called this Nissan dealer to see what routine maintenance had to be completed at 60,000 miles. The service manager, Javier, answered and took the time out to explain what is recommended and why. I then scheduled a service appointment for Monday. I brought my car in. I had a few questions about what some buttons did on the car. Javier explained what everything did in detail. They then serviced my car. Javier came to tell me he was leaving for the day and my car would be done shortly. When I went to checkout, one of the customer service representatives informed me when they were washing my car thar the wheel cover came off the tire, I initially was not very happy. He informed me that they would order me a new one and replace it. They also gave me a credit to my account.. I was a little upset, but I understand things happen. The next day, I received a phone call from Javier telling me that my part was in, and he was very apologetic. I took my car back in, and they installed the part right away. I had some more questions. Javier answered them right away. The service I received from this dealership and the service manager Javier was excellent I will definitely be bringing my car back there and regret not purchasing my car from there.
