Great Gatsby Auto Spa & Detailing

I went to this car wash yesterday evening for a regular $18 wash. Since it was already dark (typical for winter evenings around 5-6 p.m.), I couldn't fully inspect the cleaning until later. When I checked, I noticed they didn't clean my passenger-side floor mat properly--there were still visible snow stains. This morning, I checked the back passenger seat area and was shocked to see they hadn't even vacuumed or cleaned it. It's still extremely dirty, which makes me question the thoroughness of the service. I can't understand how this place has such high reviews. Based on my experience, it's absolutely not worth the money. To make matters worse, I tried to get my printed receipt, but the machine wasn't working. I had to just walk out without it. Please don't waste your time here--there are definitely better options elsewhere.
