"I recently had my car detailed by Defined Auto Detailing (DAD) and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless. First, the drop-off process was incredibly easy--no hassle at all. The communication was excellent; DAD took the time to explain the services clearly and answered all of my questions. Throughout the entire process, I was updated on the progress with photos, which not only really put my mind at ease but showed me how much work was being actually done. The professionalism was top-notch, and I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. I compared pricing with a few bigger shops, and not only did DAD offer fair pricing, but DAD's level of care and service went above and beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. When I dropped off my car, I had certain expectations for the detail, but when I picked it up, the results surpassed anything I could have hoped for! The car looked absolutely amazing, and I was elated with the final results. I would definitely recommend this service to my family and friends. Overall, I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received. This was truly a five-star experience!"
