Enrico arrived at my house on time and had all the equipment needed to make my car look better than brand new. I requested a shampoo service for the tailgate, I could not believe how clean everything looked on completion. The rims were rid of all brake dust, the vents were dust free, I didn't even want to put my feet down when driving because of how clean the floor mats were. "Luna VIP has great communication and consideration for their customers. We had a few weather delays and they communicated concerns days before and never rescheduled last minute. They arrived 30 minutes early the day of service and were patient to wait until i arrived for our noon appointment. Not too often are companies ahead of schedule and make that good first impression. Service was done in the allotted time. They made sure price was agreed upon prior to service so there wouldn't be any surprise totals at end. The car wasn't too bad and needed some pet hair removal. They did a great job and the car looks new again. I wish i could have them come weekly for general maintenance and touch ups to keep the vehicle always this nice. Places i didn't think they would pay attention to, they did. In every vent, button and compartment. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish."
