Made an appointment to have car waxed two weeks before work was supposed to begin. The night before the appointment the shop cancelled. No big deal they said they were going to reschedule. 4 weeks later I decide to go to shop to see what was going on. I walk in and ask some guy standing there whats up. I said to him , " hey why did you guys not call me back". Some short guy pops up out of nowhere and starts cussing me out. I take it that was the owner. He then threatens to kick my @ss and tells me I wouldn't touch your piece of $hi+ car anyway. Nice guy don't mess with him. Not only can he not keep a promise, but he might decide to beat you up if you disagree with him. Ridiculous!
