Susan's Auto Wash

This service has severely decline in quality over the last year, long lines, extremely difficult to change service tiers, not a portal to do so directly. Interested in time on hand to current business and don't return calls they said they would; is this focus on new customers or detailing services and not customers wishing to cancel even outside peel periods? Services not suspended. Constant shortages and long lines wasting my time and fuel. Rude customer service, when you ask to cancel they never get ahold of you, and I tried to call cancel they avoid me and I end up needing to file a dispute, will need to change credit cards to avoid continuing service. I would not recommend this and a complete waste of time and resources.
