Prime Car Wash

First time there, and it's also the last. I opted for interior and exterior washes. I didn't expect a thorough detail clean, just a wipe-down and vacuuming of visible surfaces. The car is going to be detailed, I just need a simple clean to get me through till then. When I say my 7-year-old could do better, I mean it. Because I was Running late for an appointment, I couldn't request a redo. What I'd like to request is my money back. Initially, I booked a detailed seat cleaning, but given their inability to handle even a simple wipe-down, I'm cancelling it. The gentleman at the register was professional - that's the only positive aspect worth mentioning. 12/27/24. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Prime car wash. Despite two attempts to cancel my membership, I was still charged. On my third call, the representative sympathized with my situation, noting I'd only visited once. However, he claimed that without a confirmation number, he couldn't process a refund, but would submit a request. Unfortunately, I never received a refund. This experience demonstrates a clear lack of regard for customer satisfaction. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
