Sparkle Buggy Detail

I have waited a week to post this review, I have heard nothing from James about clearing up Sparkle Buggy short comings on our inside/outside full detail on April 10, 2025. I have about 6 vehicles detailed per year so I have a reasonable expectation on the results for a $439 detail. They were onsite just over two hours (two technicians). When they asked for a review of their work I pointed out several areas that required additional work. IE: grill, running boards, door jambs etc. after the 2nd review one technician retreated to the Sparkle Buggy van, the other technician was making an effort to remedy the missed areas. After the 3rd review over the same areas I realized they were not interested or capable of doing the basics of vehicle detailing. The attached photos were sent to James once the technicians left, these photos are after the technicians were finished. James & I spoke on the phone & via text. He didn't make an effort after a week to make it right! You be the judge!
