Amazing!! I have been struggling with an off-putting scent in my care since I bought it (used). It's a 2021 and was treated fairly well as far as I know, and didn't smell like cigarette smoke..just off-putting. Something with the A/C that my other shop could not figure out, even doing an Ozone treatment it came back. I didn't want to do an entire detailing yet since it usually well-kept and clean, there was just something off with the A/C. I was told there's nothing you could do without replacing certain parts, detailing it completely, using sprays in the A/C, and even then it's a gamble. None of them worked and I wasn't sure if I should try another ozone treatment after the first one was a fail. However, I contacted MyGuys and was able to ask lots of questions to get to the bottom of it, they even got me in pretty quick, which I appreciate! We decided to try the Ozone treatment first and then go from there, which I also appreciate. I was SHOCKED when I got my car back in a couple of hours and it smelled like a clean hotel/new car! It smelled better than when I first bought it and I can actually smell my air freshener. Might be a bit dramatic, but I am very sensitive to certain smells and sometimes get headaches due to them, so this was a huge deal for me! While I doubt I need it right now, I will definitely come to them in the future for detailing and refer anyone I know to them! Thanks so much.
