THERE IS A WHOLE NEW BUSINESS IN THEIR SPACE NOW FALL OF 24 not sure about their "Executive" services. They were so busy taking pics and parading around their Newest Prized Job for their website that they neglected their bread and butter. I had to return to get my car done right and when I got home to let my mats dry I just wiped Down ONE mat that was Shampooed and it seemed even more nasty And no..they were not to terribly bad when I went in. The pic shows the dirt from JUST ONE mat on one side of the MANY towells!! And it's just Filthy! As I drove away I remember saying " Yeah! I see your not taking a pic of my Car!!" Yeah..I didn't get the Diamond Touch service I suppose.
