Auto Import Specialist

I'm not someone who easily trusts car dealers or takes the time to write reviews, so when I do, it speaks volumes about the quality of service I received. Auto Import Specialists have been servicing my BMWs for several years, always providing friendly, personable, and reasonable service while effectively resolving my mechanical issues. Most recently, I brought in my aging BMW for service and, on a whim, took interest in a beautiful Porsche Macan on their lot. Mark, whom I believe is the owner, generously offered for me to take the vehicle home for the night. Of course, I fell in love with it. Despite being upside down on my current vehicle, Mark worked with me to ensure I could make the purchase. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and there's no pressure or hard sell--just genuine, customer-focused service. This has been the most positive experience I've ever had with a car purchase, and I can't recommend them enough!
