I've lived in Ames for 15 years and have needed body repairs twice--today most recently. Both times, Don & Sons made sure to do exactly what was needed as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Today, Nick listened carefully and asked good questions about the extent of repair needed on my 15 year old Toyota. It did not need to look as good as new--but the crumpled part on the driver's side door did need to be smoothed out enough to allow the door to open without further damaging the car body. Nick handled this matter excellently. I am a very happy customer.
