scratched up my newer car the workers who took pictures even said and agreed it was brush marks.... was denied with a picture of before the wash, where it was dirty and the picture where they circle the issues wasn't even where the scratches were reported by me and my employee.... yes i have pictures right after and I saw the pictures the employee took. I loved and recommended the shine shop until this moment. NEVER AGAIN I WILL MAKE SURE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW TO STAY AWAY! they do not want to make things right with their customers, it's all about money. No you did not throughly the first picture is your decision.... thats clearly dirt. The 2nd is mine yesterday clearly showing no previous damage or dirt and the scratches tha5 were left after your staff agree that it was brush marks and stated that this has happened even at the Grimes location by the Grimes manager!
