I had an extremely disappointing experience with this detailing service due to a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication. I was initially given a reasonable quote with the understanding that prices could vary based on certain conditions. However, after arriving at the shop, the price was suddenly more than doubled without any valid explanation. The only reasoning given was based on factors that were already disclosed upfront, nothing new was discovered upon inspection. Rather than discussing potential adjustments beforehand, they waited until I was there to change the price, offering no real justification beyond referring back to their website's "prices may vary" disclaimer. At no point was I given a clear reason for the dramatic increase, just vague excuses. When I raised my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero effort to find a fair resolution, just an abrupt statement that they don't need my business. This was not just a misunderstanding but a clear case of misleading pricing and poor communication. If they truly believe in transparency, they should stand by their own estimates instead of using fine print as an excuse to bait customers in with one price and hit them with another. If you value honesty and professionalism, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
