BEWARE !!! When your car comes out damaged they have specific rules on how not to pay a cent for this even though it's caught on film . When I approached the manager , Brandon Hobbs , whom was extremely unprofessional with no accountability and a compete lack of customer service. It was quite surprising for the owners to allow such an aggressive person to run this establishment . Brandon didn't even offer free car wash for this unpleasant experience or even maybe a candle from the gift shop. . I won't go back. . I can't afford new car parts and visits to the body shop . I've always wondered how much the guys make at the end who dry your car and wonder if they really get their tips .
