Over and above! I noticed my front plate came off in the wash, went back the next day and asked if they had seen it--no luck, but they said they'd call back if it came up. Fully expected to never hear from them, but it wasn't 10mins later, they called back after they went to look for it, found it and left in the front office for us! Couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! And a huge bonus, the wheels looked amazing--we've tried everything to clean them up and could never get them as clean and shiny as Jeff's can!! We'll only come back to Jeff's!!!
