First time getting a mobile detail and they did a great job. There was an initial hiccup on their end about my appointment time, but I had allowed for delays and so them coming at 10am versus 8am wasn't a problem. Accidents happen. Chris and his guy worked for 2.5 hours and exceeded my expectations. My car was GROSS. Makeup on the steering wheel, coffee stains, gunk in all the crevices, hay fibers in the carpet. But she looks practically new. I got the "pre-sale package" with headlight restoration and it was a fabulous deal. I might decide to keep it now that it looks so good!!
