I was Swindled out of my money. A couple of months ago, I purchased ceramic coating for two years. I was told the vehicle would be shinier because it was black and would always have a gloss. When I picked it up, I saw Imperfections and was told it was the dealership's fault. After the work was completed, I returned, and the pleasant customer initially provided was now cold and dismissive. Today, I went to a hand car wash. I asked whether they thought the vehicle had been ceramic coated, and I was told they waxed and buffed it, but no ceramic coating was used. I paid $290 for a wax. A ceramic coating would not leave water marks even after it's been wiped down several times.
