Autobody Evolution Catonsville

This my 2nd time coming here I thought it will be the same experience like the 1st time which was excellent. Nope! They got me. They sent me automated text saying car be ready this day. I call on the day receptionist don't know where nobody is she leave a message for someone to get back to me. Well nobody got back to for days I called each day twice nobody is to be found. Called my insurance company because I'm pissed off for them to contact the shop finally someone calls me back saying it's a delay with tool and machine! The Text they send out clearly says will contact you about any delays doing process...straight lies because they didn't. Then say car be ready later on that day or the next. It wasn't ready until next week. Go to pickup my car nobody's there except 1 person because business is closed. I noticed paint don't match because they removed my ppf film off my vehicle and didn't paint the entire fender that it was on like they said they was going to do where the accident happened on that side. i checked the other side of vehicle and i see that they dinged up that side I'm just over it!! Just a inconvenience I'll post the pics
