These guys are first rate. I highly recommend. Super smart, honest, and professional; excellent communication. I'm in Massachusetts but easily worked with Alexey and his team to detail a family member's 2010 Lexus in the Gaithersburg area. The car had been sitting in a driveway unused for some time and mice had moved in behind the glove box creating a strong interior smell. Alexey's team did a thorough cleaning including ozone treatments, interior cabin filter replacement, shampooing and extraction of all seats/mats, rejuvenation of plastic, deep hot steam, and cold smoke treatment. The smell was our primary concern and Alexey and team came back on day 2 and did an additional ozone treatment. The car is like new. We had the added challenge of the car battery being dead. As a hybrid, AAA was useless in helping us install a new battery. Alexey and team helped us get a replacement battery and install it! Excellent communication via text throughout the process with photos, as well as via phone. No wait involved, he got out there straight away to provide a quote and then performed the service within 48 hours. All around great experience.
