I paid for the Magic package which was over $400 for my SUV and I wasn't personally impressed with the outcome. I've had similar outcomes just doing the $25 wash and dry in my neighborhood. Overall the detailer was here less than 2 hrs and I expected more for the money. Just seemed to lack attention to detail and had a lite touch. For example, some consoles just seemed over looked, the main console screens and glass were streaky, trash was left in the floorboard seat railings, and lots of dust and dirt in knooks and crannies. I have alot of chrome detail that looks nice when its polished with a micro fiber towel but alot of that was left streaky. None of the exterior or interior vinyl looked treated or polished. I went over alot of areas afterward to achieve what I expected and get off dirt and smudges that just needed a little elbow grease. Buyer beware. I'll probably try a different detailer the next time.
