Chesapeake Car Wash at White Marsh

I tried this car wash for the first time today. It was a waste of money and time. I used bay 1 and the bristles brushed used to wash the car is garbage! I washed my car 3 different times and it wasn't even washing the dirt of the car. You can literally see it in the video attached. I had to throw away the dry clothes afterwards due to the amount of dirt gathered. I complained to the staff on duty (who seemed to have an attitude upon entering her office) and she said, "I don't know what you want me to do"... she went on to say, "the bay looks dry". I've been there for a hour and half washing and drying my car before vacuuming. It's a shame how people treat you after money is spent. Customer service is poor, and the tools are garbage. What a waste of $25 dollars. I will never use this place again!!
