Absolute Auto Detailing

Repeat customer here- I got an interior detail last May. Brady rescheduled my first appointment and then showed up late for the second. However, he did such a phenomenal job on my car, I did not care. This time around, I scheduled for both interior and exterior but when he arrived he asked if I just wanted interior. I said that was fine as that's what I'd done last time and I figured I cared more about the inside anyway. While the service is scheduled for four hours, he finished in two and only vacuumed out the mats and the interior and unfortunately even this wasn't done super thoroughly (there was hair left under the seatbelt buckles and dirt in the trunk). There was no cleaning of the seats or of the windows of the car or any of the cloth material inside (all of which I received last time). All in all, I could've done the same with the free vacuums at a $20 dollar car wash, rather than spending $155. I'd encourage anyone thinking of getting their car detailed to use a different service- it might be a little pricier but at least you can ensure that the quality will be consistent.
