"I have come back to these guys to do the ceramic coating on 4 vehicles, and the job is nothing short of spectacular... cannot recommend Glen and now Mr. Jose enough! They stayed late to make sure it would not go out the door unless it was perfect, always impressed with this shop... the pictures speak for themselves These guys are the real deal, Glen (the owner) and Jordan (the shop manager) did such an amazing job with my car. Glen is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to paint and dent repair, he explains everything fully and prices everything fairly. I came in to get a small dent and a few scratches removed on my almost 5 year old vehicle. He told me he was able to do all that and informed me they do ceramic coating as well, for much less than all the shops out there. I was a bit skeptical at first, but these guys came across very trustworthy. Glen was able to do the scratch and dent repair, took extra time to do a full paint correction (kept the car overnight), and then they did ceramic coating plus a complete auto detail... all for an excellent price. His assistant Jordan really loves cars as well... when I came to pick up the vehicle, he was making sure mine wasn't leaving the shop until it was perfect. I'm really glad I found these guys, they stand behind their work and I can't recommend them enough. My 2016 Caddy coupe looks better than it did brand new!"

"Big update to 5 stars: Business owner Peter reached out immediately upon hearing that our experience was not great. He quickly scheduled a make-up appointment that fit our schedule to make everything right, and then some. I think the car looks better than it has in years! He brought a small team to handle the ozone treatment and confirm the interior was tip-top clean. He also apologized and explained the situation that had left them short-handed on Monday. Overall, excellent service from a company that stands by their work and cares about customers. I definitely recommend DetailNow, and I'll reach out to them again for our detailing needs! Initial review: Paid in advance for DetailNow's Elite Interior detailing ($195) for our 3-row SUV plus extra ozone treatment for odor removal ($65). Initial detailing missed a few spots on the seats, but the carpets and floor mats were shampooed very well, and the dashboard, etc. looked great. We had to wait on the ozone treatment since the machine wasn't working at the appointment. Peter texted me about the ozone machine problem, and I responded that evening to set up a time for the ozone make-up treatment. Be aware that they use a website scheduling/payment/messaging/tip/rating system that makes it hard to add any message once they mark "service complete." Luckily, Peter was able to respond directly by text."

"Great work. I am surprised with the results. Jose and his team did an excellent job. They took out a soda stain that exploded in the cover of my car's sunroof and gave an excellent shine to my wheels as well as inside and out but the images say it all. I will keep coming back for more brightness, my car hadn't been so clean as today. Give them the time and they will make your car shine."

"I can't express how good of a job was done to my car. James came to my office to detail my car (how convenient & great is that?!) and did beyond what I expected. He was able to get out nearly all of the little scratches and nicks that were on my car. When it was done it looked brand new, maybe even better because he did such a fantastic wax job on it. I felt as if he was taking care of my car the way he would his own, which is very important when trusting someone to handle something so valuable. "I have an almost 10 year old large SUV that had never been detailed, and not often enough even cleaned, and was completely disgusting. Nick did a great job on it. The interior especially looks nearly new, and he restored all the exterior black trim to its original color. When it turned out to be a bigger job than he thought, instead of just giving me whatever work would fit into the estimate, he spent more time on it to get it up to his standards and didn't renegotiate the price. I plan to use him again for all my cars and hopefully never let them get so bad again."
