Had our car serviced here on two different occasions. Both times the repairs were made well and they were easy to work with. However, the second repair also ended with a damaged sunroof shade which we found when picking up the car. The shop initially took ownership of this damage and sent out a repair guy to asses what is needed to repair. The repair guy theorized that the rear bumper (which was the part that was being replaced during the visit) was being stored in the vehicle and likely caused the damage to the shade when being removed from the car. Once the repair guy provided the cost of repair to the shop, which was high due to the extent of the damage, the manager immediately changed his mind and declined to provide any repair and claimed the damage did not occur while the car was in their possession. So in short, they do good work but take photos of the outside and inside of your car before you drop it off so you don't end up in our position.
