4 Auto Detailing

I never leave reviews and always give places the benefit of the doubt but I feel this one is necessary. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning to be detailed and was supposed to pick it up after work at 3:30, I received a call at 3pm telling me he's short handed and got stuck at his shop in Worcester and asked if he could do it that night and have it ready whenever the following day. I get it people are short staff and things happen. I was understanding of the situation and said I would figure out my ride situation and try to get it on my lunch break the following day. I received a text in the morning asking for more time, so I told him I would pick it up after work between 3:30&3:40. I arrived at 3:40 and my car still was not done, mind you, I have to run home and be to my second job at 5. When he is finally finished at 4:10 I was charged $197 when I was initially told $150. I asked why and was told he had to use more product... I keep up on my car and just wanted a deep after winter cleaning it was not that dirty by any means. Saying whatever to that because I am now leaving in a hurry, I get in my car and was highly disappointed. Yes the carpets were clean and it was cleaner than it went there but the photos attached were taken quickly when I arrived home and it seems as though it was very rushed, leaving work that night I realized how streaky the windows were left as well. After being inconvenienced without my car an extra day, having to wait for it when I arrived, being unnecessarily charged more than I was told and not being satisfied at all with the job done I figured I would pass this on and save someone else the trouble and money going here.
