I brought my father-in-laws car to Doug to clean it up after we borrowed it for an extended period of time. Between kids and a dirt road the car needed some help. When we got it back from Doug, it looked brand new and better than when we received it from my father-in-law. Prior to pick up Doug contacted me about an issue that accidentally arose during the cleaning process. We were able to work things out quickly and without hassle or major inconvenience.
